While we will make every effort to get the packet to you quickly, you should plan accordingly to avoid any urgent or last minute requests, in case we are unable to meet your individual need. Packet prints are typically requested within 24 hours from receipt of payment, but that cannot be guaranteed.

Our disclosure packets are now electronic which allows us to produce packets quickly and get them out quickly to support and not impede the sales process. Once (and not until) payment is received (below), we will send a request to FedEx Kinkos in Barracks Road Shopping Center (next to Old Navy) to have the packet printed, bound, and either FedEx'd to you or made available for pick-up. There is no additional cost for shipping. If your e-mail is provided, we will include it so Kinkos can e-mail you when the document is ready.

In order to offset the expenses of updating, scanning, printing, and binding disclosure packets, a $60 fee assessed [Made out to Grayrock HOA], payable before the packet can be ordered/printed (since payment for the packet is due immediately when requested). If you currently do not have a contract on your home and are considering the purchase of the disclosure packet, we would encourage you to wait. The information in the disclosure packet is updated as needed, and it is important that you receive the most updated information.
