Annual Meeting: Tuesday January 10, 2011 7 p.m. in the cafeteria of Crozet Elementary School. Read the January 2012 homeowner's letter.

The Grayrock Homeowners Association, common areas, and amenities are currently managed by the Grayrock Homeowners' Association Board of Directors. Please direct any questions or concerns to David Foreman, President. All homeowners are encouraged to participate in some way with the board.

The annual assessment for 2012 is $232.00. Dues were not increased from 2011.

You'll find the board of directors names and contact information, recent policy resolutions, and necessary forms such as the architectural change request form.

It is important for you to know that making any changes or additions to your home or lot must be approved by the Architectural Review Board. This includes, but is not limited to, fences, sheds, playsets, landscaping and changing house paint colors.
